At Pure Mend, we are committed to delivering the highest-quality natural supplements to our valued customers. As our products are food-based and considered perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once items have been dispatched.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Due to the nature of our products, once they leave our warehouse, we can no longer guarantee their condition or quality. To maintain the integrity and safety of our products for all customers, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or delivered goods. This policy ensures that every customer receives products in pristine, uncompromised condition.
Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that we are unable to process refunds or exchanges in the following scenarios:

Ordered Too Much
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct quantity at checkout. If you’ve made an error, please contact us immediately at enquiry@puremend.com.au. While we will do our best to assist within a short window, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Our team may take up to 24 business hours to respond, and we are closed on weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, your order cannot be altered or refunded. -
Ordered the Wrong Product
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they select the appropriate product for their needs. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order for guidance. In limited cases where we approve an exchange, you will be responsible for return shipping and re-shipment costs. All returned items must be unused, sealed, and well-protected (e.g., bubble-wrapped). Items that arrive damaged or opened will not qualify for exchange. If the new product is of greater value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch. -
Allergic Reactions
All ingredients and nutritional information are listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to review these details carefully prior to purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions. -
Flavour Preferences
While we strive to create flavours that are both pleasant and effective, taste is subjective. Refunds cannot be offered based on individual flavour preferences.
Shipping Policy
Please note that Pure Mend cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping providers, including but not limited to Australia Post. Once your order leaves our warehouse, any issues with delivery are outside of our control.
Free Shipping
Orders over $65 AUD (after any discounts) qualify for free shipping. Orders under this amount will incur a standard shipping fee.
